James Witt has nearly 35 years of industry experience. He began his career as a pharmaceutical sales rep and advanced through various roles including Sales Training, District Sales Management, Marketing Director, Operations, Portfolio Strategy, and Commercial Operations. His experiences have been across the health care spectrum--beginning with one of the largest health care companies in the world, and includes start up organizations in pre-commercial phase as well as agency and medical device.
Jim enjoys "fixing things"-looking at situations and scenarios and identifying the dynamics that could be put in place to maximize focus and achievement OR are preventing peak performance.
Jim frequently mentors and coaches newer members of teams as they get their legs under them in a role or an organization and processes and assignments are new to them.
